Enjoy this yoga flow with Jill (she/her). This class includes stretching and warm-ups, gradually adding strengthening flow sequences, finally settling into relaxation. Everybody is welcome. Pose variations and rest are offered, demonstrated, and celebrated.

Equipment: optionally a yoga mat. -

Join Rebecca (she/her) in a full body BOPO Lift class. Moves can be done seated or standing. There is no floor work in this class.
