  • BOPO Lift #3 - 40 Mins - Seated

    Join Rebecca (she/her) in a full body BOPO Lift class. Moves can be done seated or standing. There is no floor work in this class.
    Equipment: Hand weights or kettlebells recommended, but exercises can be done with household items or body resistance.
    Optional: Play your own music!

  • BOPO Lift #4 - 28 Mins

    Join Jenna (she/her), Rebecca (she/her) and Kizzy (she/her) in a full body BOPO Lift class. Moves can be done seated or standing.
    Equipment: Hand weights, kettlebell or barbell are recommended, but exercises can be done with household items or body resistance.

    Join Jenna (she/her) & Rebecca (she/her) in this BOPO Move class! A full-body workout incorporating cardio, resistance, strength, and balance training using only your body and a yoga mat. Exercises are taught and modified to suit each individual's needs and abilities. No prior experience necessary.

  • BOPO Dance Strong #1 - 32 Mins

    Join Kizzy (she/her) and get ready to move, groove, and sweat in a class that fuses the joy of dance with the power of weight training!
