    Join Daniela (she/her) for BOPO Box! All you need is your body for this quick "box fit" class! Working through different boxing combinations, some knees and some kicks. Friendly for all levels, no experience or equipment required.

    Join Daniela (she/her) for a well-rounded routine that targets your upper body, lower body, core, and even those stabilizer muscles using only bands!

  • BOPO Move #2 - 25 Mins

    A full-body workout incorporating cardio, resistance, strength, and balance training using only your body! Equipment or household items may be incorporated, as available. Exercises are taught and modified to suit each individual's needs and abilities. No prior experience necessary.

  • BOPO Box #3 - 23 Mins
