    Join Jenna (she/her), Rebecca (she/her) and Kizzy (she/her) in a full body BOPO Lift class. Moves can be done seated or standing.
    Equipment: Hand weights, kettlebell or barbell are recommended, but exercises can be done with household items or body resistance.
