Equipment: Hand weights, kettlebell or barbell are recommended, but exercises can be done with household items or body resistance. -
BOPO Core #3 - 28 Mins
Join Jenna (she/her) in this core focused strength class. With options for standing, seated and floor work in this class, you'll get a well rounded core workout followed by a cool down stretch. Suitable for all levels!
