Erica (she/her) is a certified personal trainer and group exercise instructor. She's all about helping you feel strong, steady, and confident in your body—without any of the pressure or perfectionism that often shows up in traditional fitness spaces.
Whether you’re lifting weights, working on functional movement, or improving joint mobility, her goal is to create a supportive space where you can move in ways that feel empowering and sustainable. She believes movement should enhance your life, not add stress to it—and she's here to help you build strength, confidence, and resilience from the inside out.
When she's not training, she spends time coaching various athletic teams for her two boys, hiking with her family and rescue pup, and enjoying the lake community where she lives.
