Join Rebecca (she/her) for BOPO Pop Pump - 80's hits edition. Get ready to lift, sweat and sing-along in this super fun interval training class! This is a full-body workout incorporating strength and cardio movements, synced to an upbeat music playlist. We’ll work in circuits, alternating between 2 or 3 exercises with rest periods in between. No experience required.
Equipment: Light-medium hand weights recommended, but exercises can be done with resistance bands, household items or body resistance.
