Join Delsean (she/they) for BOPO Restore. This class offers the perfect opportunity to wind down with a restorative yoga practice. The class begins with a slow-flow warm-up, leading into a prop-assisted restorative sequence designed to deeply relax the body and mind. It concludes with a guided meditation to leave you feeling calm and rejuvenated.
Optional equipment: Two large pillows, two small pillows or blocks, two blankets, and a strap/belt/scarf.
